TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking a "Senior Web Developer" to support a State of Maryland contract in Prince George's County. This task order will start in July 2025. The consultant will be required to work a minimum of two days on-site and three days remote.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
- Both front-end and back-end development to immediately take on power apps and power automate low-code development, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively and independent in a fast-paced environment, strong understanding of web development principals.
- Proficient in Microsoft power platform, ASP.NET (Core/MVC), HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
- Expertise as a low-code developer, Drupal expert, and SharePoint administrator required to streamline and automate processes for Prince George’s County, Maryland Government.
- Leverage Power Automate to create efficient workflows and integrations while applying their Drupal and SharePoint expertise to enhance the County’s digital infrastructure.
- Develop, test, maintain web applications.
- Write clean scalable and efficient code.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and security.
- Cloud and DevOps.

- Stay updated with emerging we development devices, browsers and Microsoft technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web or equivalent experience for a bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant certifications in web development.
- Certifications for Microsoft, Azure, AWS Developer, Google Mobile Web Specialist, Front-End Development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must have demonstrable good judgement and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition to hands-on analysis and system tasks, the Consultants may be required to attend, at a minimum but not limited to, the following meetings:
- Weekly all hands status meeting for administrative items, general announcement, and system wide efforts.
- Adhoc meetings, as needed, for specific projects and/or special efforts.
- Weekly and combined Monthly Time Sheets with description of items worked with status details.
- Weekly status report of accomplishments and planned future activities.
- Full documentation of all technical work, system changes in the form of functional/technical specification.
