Mandatory Skills

- System-Level Software Development

- Legacy System Integration

- Performance and Capacity Management

- Security and Compliance

- Containerization and Cloud Technologies

- High Availability and Fault Tolerance

Desired Skills

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes for containerized environments

- Experience with enterprise data management systems

- Familiarity with IRS legacy systems

Exceptional Skills

- Proven experience in building fault-tolerant systems for high availability

- Expert-level knowledge of IRS-specific security standards and practices
