TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking a “Senior Program Manager” to support a 100% onsite contract in Towson, Maryland. This is a one-year 40-hour contract.
This candidate will assist with the management, communication, and coordination of all Public Safety projects and Public Safety day-to-day management of Office of Information Technology work and all related OIT project work. This Senior PM will have experience working with the Public Safety and will have a PMI PMP certification.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of specific project work.
- Performs day‐to‐day management of the project, identifies issues and risks, and recommends possible issues and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project.
- Ensures that work performed is within scope, consistent with requirements, and delivered on time and on budget.
- Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteria. Provides solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance levels).
- Monitors issues and provides resolutions for up‐to‐date status reports.
- Demonstrates excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Develops meeting agenda and meeting handouts.
Minimum Qualifications/Skill Sets
The candidate MUST have documented experience in the following areas:
- Minimum seven (7) years of successful Project Management experience managing large, high profile and sensitive projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional Certification from PMI. (The candidate must currently possess a Project, Program, Portfolio, or Agile management certificate from the Project Management Institute – no exceptions)
- Previous experience managing business process implementations, software and/or hardware implementation, and upgrade projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Experience creating and managing project documentation as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Experience in creating and managing project deliverables and documents (SDLC and PMI)
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, WORD)
- Experience with Executive level presentations and communication
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Ability to work five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skill Sets
- Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint
- Previous experience working in a government entity (Federal, State or Local)
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive Baltimore County Police Department background check
- Experience with the development, management, communication, and support of public safety systems
