TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is actively seeking an Infrastructure Architect with an Active Treasury MBI Clearance. The architect will provide consultation and strategic guidance to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) federal agency chief enterprise architects, CIOs, and other senior IT staff to help shape technology strategy, infrastructure strategy, and direction for large, complex agency technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a government and team-oriented environment.

CLEARANCE: Must have active TREASURY MBI clearance
The architect develops and improves policies, best practices, guidelines, checklists, and transition documents commonly referenced and used by federal agency chief enterprise architects, CIOs, and other senior staff.
The architect will provide input and consultation for new Internal Reference Manuals (IRMs). Maintenance and revisions to previous IRMs in support of formal adoption within in the IT infrastructure is also expected to be performed by the architect.
JOB DUTIES: As part of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) program team, develop and maintain key agency EA products, to include:
Joint Innovation Lab (JIL) infrastructure and strategy.
The architect will be expected to develop security policies and implementation guidelines, develop documentation in support of cloud strategy and application rationalization for cloud deployment, and perform analysis on cloud vendor, platform selection and cloud migration strategy.
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy.
The ALM strategy includes the analysis, development, design, and documentation for continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and techniques used for developing against a platform-as-a-service.
Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure strategy.
Provide input and consultation as a subject matter expert (SME). Create the solution architecture or oversee proofs of concept (POCs). Lead the development of multiple POCs to assess the various needs of the client from the perspective of security, networking, and cloud infrastructure providers.
Creating solution architectures.
Overseeing the design, development, and analysis of POCs using tools such as SiteMinder, Axiomatics (Policy Decision Point), PaaS and cloud related service providers. The POCs will be used to develop and update policy, guidelines, and checklist documents for use within the IRS technology enterprise.
REQUIRED SKILLS: General knowledge of basic office software such as MS Office Suite as well as good communications skills are a given.
