TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is actively seeking a Recruiter to join its corporate team. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying mid to senior-level IT applicants for various positions throughout the company.

This position must possess considerable skill in sourcing and screening techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as knowledge of personnel policy and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Status: Full Time (40 hours)

Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Primary Work Location: Hyattsville, MD 20785

Citizenship: US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and qualify applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions, utilizing an ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as social media platforms, career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Communicates important employment information during the screening and qualifying phase (i.e., benefits, compensation, employment type, Letter of Intents, etc.)
  • Maintains and updates recruitment systems as required and electronic file retention according to company policy
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years experience sourcing, screening and qualifying senior level IT professionals,
  • Knowledge of structured sourcing and screening processes and procedures
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional IT sourcing and screening of applicants, primarily for federal and local government agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source using personal network and online resources, with a tenacity and enthusiasm for finding outstanding talent in the market.
  • Social media savvy and adept at search engine optimization and Boolean search logic.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Intellectual curiosity with an affinity for investigation and research.
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly.
  • Intermediate to advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements.
