Recruitment Specialist

TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the Recruitment & Staffing department. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening and qualifying mid to senior-level IT applicants for various positions across the company.

The ideal candidate must be personable, energetic and self-motivated with at least 2 years' of recruitment experience, preferably in IT services.

Status: Full Time (40 hours)

Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (EST)

Primary Work Location: Hyattsville, MD 20785

Citizenship: US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth screenings and assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation
  • Convert hard to find passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
  • Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent.
  • Stay current on market trends and innovative sourcing practices.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience sourcing, screening and qualifying mid to senior level IT personnel.
  • Knowledge of structured sourcing and screening processes and procedures
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional IT sourcing and screening of applicants, primarily for federal and local government agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source using personal network and online resources, with a tenacity and enthusiasm for finding outstanding talent in the market.
  • Social media savvy and adept at search engine optimization and Boolean search logic.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Intellectual curiosity with an affinity for investigation and research.
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly.
  • Intermediate to advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements.                                                                                                                                  

Education: Bachelors' Degree or 5+ years' full-cycle technical recruitment experience required
